Are you a Newcomer ?


On Saturday afternoon,  I went to check out the Newcomers Adelaide event by Newcomers Australia and sponsored by Evenbrite, is the only event of its kind that targets the combined Employment, Education, Visa and Settlement needs of newly arrived and settled migrants, as well as temporary international workers, foreign students and the corporate expat community currently living in South Australia.

The event held at Crowne Plaza Adelaide and offer the complete spectrum of information crucial to helping you live, work, study and settle in South Australia.

According to the event organizer,The event will also connect you with knowledgeable experts able to provide you with information and services for visas, employment opportunities, education options and a host of other settlement services all under one roof, that will help you settle into your new life.col

As migrant like me , the event will provides me an opportunity to learn about having your international credentials and skills assessed and recognised.

Aside from the exhibitors like Australia’s Northern Territory – Northern Territory Government,IDP IELTS,IMAN Australian Health Plans, NIB Healthfunds, 457 Visa Mortgages, Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC),Catapult People, CBM Mortgages, Celtic Migration Services, ENHANCE Training and Recruitment, Immigration SA, and SkillSelect – Department of Immigration and Border Protection among others.

For all the attendees , they can also asked some questions and migration advises or take time to attend one or two seminars about IELTS or An Introduction to General Skilled Migration and Business Migration.

For me ,the event is wonderful and informative and I would like to thank you to all the staff of The Working Abroad Newcomers Network(WANN)
